Sardaar Ji 3

1. Sardaar Ji 3 begins with Jaggi (played by Diljit Dosanjh), now a famous ghost hunter and social media sensation, living a luxurious life in Canada. However, fame hasn’t brought him peace — he misses his village, his roots, and the simplicity of Punjab. The film opens with a comedic scene of Jaggi attempting to catch a “haunted AI robot” in a high-tech Toronto mansion, setting the tone for another hilarious adventure.

2. Back in Punjab, an ancient haveli is reported to be haunted by not just one, but multiple ghosts from different eras. The villagers believe the land is cursed, and no one dares go near it. When Jaggi hears about this on the news, he decides to return to his homeland, both to help and to reconnect with his past.

3. Upon reaching the village, Jaggi is met with skepticism. The people respect him but doubt his ghost-hunting skills after some viral videos exposed his staged exorcisms. Determined to prove himself, Jaggi accepts the challenge to cleanse the haveli — which turns out to be more complex than expected.

4. Inside the haveli, Jaggi discovers the spirits are not evil but trapped in time. Each ghost represents a different historical era: a Mughal princess, a British officer, a freedom fighter, and a 90s Punjabi singer. Their stories intertwine with Punjab’s history, giving the film a humorous yet emotional depth.

5. The heart of the film lies in Jaggi’s attempts to free these spirits by resolving their unfinished business. This involves Jaggi playing matchmaker, solving century-old mysteries, and even pretending to be a British officer at one point. The film blends slapstick comedy, cultural nostalgia, and heartfelt drama.

6. Jaggi also finds himself falling in love again — this time with a quirky historian named Simran, who helps him understand the significance of the ghosts’ pasts. Simran is the opposite of Jaggi: bookish, serious, and highly logical. Their chemistry adds another layer of entertainment and emotion to the story.

7. As the spirits are set free one by one, Jaggi becomes a local hero again. However, the last ghost — the 90s singer — refuses to leave until he performs one last concert. The film ends with a grand musical finale in the village, blending bhangra beats with ghostly appearances and a community celebration.

8. In the final scene, Jaggi looks out over the fields of Punjab, satisfied and at peace. He turns to Simran and jokes about starting a “haunted history” tour company. As they walk off into the sunset, the camera pans up, and a mysterious shadow flickers in the background — teasing the possibility of Sardaar Ji 4.
